Not only for kids: These are great brushes for students and adults also. Older adults find these much easier to hold, especially if they have arthritis, carpal tunnel, or reduced dexterity in their hands. Filbert brushes combine the smooth blending control of a round with the coverage of a flat shader. Their curved, dome-shaped tips allow artists to execute soft-edge shading, curved flower petals, floating color, and figurative blending without hard lines or hand strain.

Set Contents (3 Oval Filberts Included):

Not only for kids: While designed with young artists and classroom groups in mind, these brushes are a favorite among adult painters, decorative crafters, and senior activity groups. The classic filbert brush combines the broad coverage of a flat brush with the soft, blending edges of a round, making it ideal for rendering flower petals, leaves, bird feathers, portrait blending, and curved contours without harsh brush marks.
