BK55 - Royal & Langnickel Big Kid's Choice Toddler Chubby Purple Flat Natural Bristle Brush

The Royal & Langnickel Big Kid's Choice™ BK55 Toddler Chubby Purple Flat Natural Bristle Artist Brush is an open-stock single flat wash brush built with a thick, contoured acrylic barrel and resilient natural white hog bristle. Designed specifically for early childhood classrooms, daycares, and artists requiring an ergonomic grip, this broad chisel-edge brush provides complete control for basecoating, straight borders, and wide color laydown.

Not only for kids: While dubbed a "toddler chubby" brush for young children developing early motor control, this brush is widely used in adult art therapy, senior community centers, and adaptive painting programs. The thick, contoured barrel fills the hand to relieve tension and prevent finger cramping, making it ideal for artists living with arthritis, Parkinson's, tremors, carpal tunnel, or reduced hand dexterity. The stiff natural boar bristles provide the necessary backbone to push thick tempera, heavy-body acrylics, and ceramic glazes across paper or canvas without the brush head splaying or collapsing under firm downward pressure.
