BK675 - Royal & Langnickel Big Kid's Choice 5-Piece Filbert Brush Set

The Royal & Langnickel Big Kid's Choice™ 5-Piece Filbert Artist Brush Set (BK675) (widely cataloged across schools and educational supply programs as Lil' Grippers) provides a complete graduated selection of versatile domed filbert brushes. Engineered with thick, vibrant translucent acrylic handles featuring an integrated Soft-Grip™ rubber comfort zone, these ergonomic brushes provide superior control, balance, and fatigue-free painting for studio classes, decorative art projects, and classrooms.

Not only for kids: While designed with young artists and classroom groups in mind, these brushes are a favorite among adult painters, decorative crafters, and senior activity groups. Older painters find the thicker, lightweight barrel far easier to grasp and maneuver, especially when managing arthritis, carpal tunnel, tremors, or limited hand dexterity. The classic filbert brush combines the broad coverage of a flat brush with the soft, blending edges of a round, making it ideal for rendering flower petals, leaves, bird feathers, portrait blending, and curved contours without harsh brush marks.

Set Contents (5 Graduated BK66 Filbert Brushes Included):

• BK66-2 (Filbert Size 2): Precision detail filbert for small floral centers, delicate petal tips, tight curved strokes, and spot blending.
• BK66-4 (Filbert Size 4): Controlled small filbert for decorative leaves, small flower petals, and contour shading.
• BK66-8 (Filbert Size 8): Versatile mid-sized studio workhorse for figurative painting, layered foliage, skin tone blending, and decorative strokes.
• BK66-10 (Filbert Size 10): Broad filbert for sweeping petal strokes, soft cloud forms, rounded background transitions, and medium basecoating.
• BK66-12 (Filbert Size 12): Maximum-capacity filbert engineered for broad washes with soft feathering, large background shapes, and bold decorative sweeps.
