RART-100 - Royal & Langnickel 3-Piece Goat Hair Large Area Brush Set Value Pack

The Royal & Langnickel RART-100 3-Piece Goat Hair Large Area Brush Set Value Pack delivers unbeatable utility for watercolorists, ceramicists, and decorative crafters who need broad, uniform surface coverage. Featuring soft, natural white goat hair mounted on lightweight flat hardwood handles, this multi-pack gives you three essential wide wash sizes—1 inch, 2 inch, and 3 inch—at wholesale bulk pricing.

Goat hair is celebrated for its exceptional fluid absorption and gentle touch. These hake-style wide wash brushes hold massive volumes of water, pigment, and glaze, allowing you to quickly pre-wet full watercolor sheets, lay down sweeping panoramic washes, or apply smooth, even coats of gesso, varnish, and craft stains without dragging or scratching the working surface.

An Essential Tool for Ceramicists & Potters:

In ceramics and pottery studios, natural goat hair hakes are considered indispensable. The ultra-soft bristles glide across delicate greenware without gouging or scratching fragile dry clay, and they lay down smooth, streak-free, bubble-free layers of ceramic underglazes, slips, and overglazes across bisque plates, tiles, and large vessels.

Set Contents (3 Wide Area Wash Brushes Included):

• 1-Inch Goat Hair Wash Brush: Compact flat wash for controlled watercolor washes, quarter-sheet pre-wetting, craft staining, and medium ceramic glaze coverage.
• 2-Inch Goat Hair Wash Brush: Mid-size broad wash ideal for half-sheet watercolor washes, rapid acrylic basecoating, and wide pottery glazing sweeps.
• 3-Inch Goat Hair Wash Brush: Maximum-width wash brush engineered for full-sheet paper soaking, expansive background blocking, large ceramic platters, and canvas priming.
