RART-135 - Royal & Langnickel 3-Piece Brown Taklon Large Area Brush Set Value Pack

The Royal & Langnickel RART-135 Large Area Set features three wide, ultra-smooth synthetic brown taklon flat wash brushes in 1-inch, 2-inch, and 3-inch widths. Engineered to combine the fluid capacity of soft natural hair with the durability of synthetic filaments, these wide wash brushes lay down streak-free background tones, broad watercolor washes, and bubble-free protective varnishes across medium and large painting surfaces.

Why Studios, Painters & Instructors Choose the RART-135

•       Smooth Acrylic Backgrounds & Washes: Soft brown taklon filaments release liquid acrylics and watercolors with uniform flow, eliminating harsh drag lines and visible brush tracks across 16x20 canvases and watercolor paper.

•       Shed-Free Topcoats & Varnishing: Synthetic fibers will not shed loose hairs into wet varnish, polyurethanes, sealers, or decoupage mediums (like Mod Podge), producing a mirror-smooth, bubble-free final coat.

•       Durable & Easy to Clean: Synthetic brown taklon stands up to fast-drying acrylics and frequent sink washing far better than natural hairs, retaining its flat chisel edge and spring over long-term studio use.

•       Three Convenient Working Widths: Includes 1", 2", and 3" flat widths to efficiently tackle section blocking, mid-sized panels, or expansive background areas.
